Mharlyn Cabanada
Student Massage Therapist
Mharlyn is a second‑year Massage Therapy student,
just months away from graduation.
Sho is committed to providing results‑driven, evidence‑informed care.
Her approach is grounded in thorough assessment,
clinical reasoning, and a genuine desire to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in how they feel and move.
Before entering the healthcare field, Mharlyn built her career across a wide range of physically demanding industries, including manufacturing, food service, retail, road construction, mining, labour‑intensive roles, and heavy equipment operation.
With prolonged exposure to vibration‑intensive machinery and whole‑body vibration, she has firsthand experience with the physical demands of long shifts, repetitive strain, heavy lifting, and prolonged standing. She understands occupational fatigue, shoulder and neck tension, low back discomfort, and overuse injuries—not just clinically, but personally—and brings that lived experience into every treatment.
Mharlyn’s clinical focus is identifying the underlying contributors to pain, such as postural dysfunction, muscular imbalance, and repetitive strain patterns. She does not believe in short‑term relief alone; instead, she aims for measurable improvements in comfort, mobility, and functional performance. Her goal is to support clients as they move from pain toward greater resilience and confidence in their bodies.
Through individualized treatment plans and client education, Mharlyn helps people understand their conditions and develop practical maintenance strategies for long‑term wellbeing, injury prevention, and sustained performance.
